APC Bible College is a ministry of All Peoples Church, dedicated to equipping every believer to fulfill their God-appointed calling. We believe that every believer is a minister, and our mission is to provide quality biblical education and spiritual formation that transforms lives and advances God's kingdom.

We are committed to making quality biblical training accessible to everyone through our free E-Learning platform while sustaining our on-campus and online programs through voluntary contributions from students and supporters who believe in our vision.

Contribution Guidelines

Voluntary Contributions

Students and donors are welcome to contribute any amount to help cover expenses of operating APC Bible College. Contributions to All Peoples Church designated towards APC Bible College will be used to cover tuition, boarding, lodging, and operational expenses. We can accept contributions only from Indian Residents and from a Bank within India. We are unable to receive contributions from outside India.

We invite students to consider making a voluntary contribution to support and sustain the vital activities of APC Bible College. All contributions must be made within India.

Withdrawal, Refunds & Completion

Students are free to withdraw from the course(s) within the first two weeks from the start of classes each semester. Please note, contributions made will not be refunded in case of withdrawal after this period.

For On-Campus classes, you need 85% attendance and a passing grade (35% or higher). For Online and E-learning options students must obtain a passing grade of 71% or higher. Online students will also need a minimum attendance of 85%.

Among many good Christian Bible Colleges and Seminaries, APC Bible College in Bangalore, India, offers a distinctive curriculum that blends emphasis on the Word, life in the Spirit, supernatural demonstrations and practical equipping for Kingdom advancement through Online, E-learning (FREE) and On-Campus classes. APC Bible College is a non-accredited church-based equipping center with a customized curriculum for Spirit-empowered Christian ministry. APC Bible College is not accredited with any Christian or government accrediting body or agency.

All Peoples Church is a registered body, registered with the Sub Registrar, Bangalore, Karnataka State, INDIA, Registration No. 110/200102. APC is a wholly religious trust under Section 332 of the 2025 Income Tax Act for Registered Non-Profit Organizations RNPO (formerly 12AB registration of the 1961 Income Tax Act) that strictly operates without FCRA registration, and 80G tax-exempt status. APC does not have FCRA registration and hence cannot receive any contributions from any person or from any bank outside India. Any funds sent from outside India will not be received and will have to be reversed (sent back to donor). All contributions are made solely by residents within India from India based bank accounts. APC does not have 80G tax-exempt status and hence Indian donors cannot claim tax exemption for contributions made to APC on their Indian income tax filing. All services and resources by APC are offered free of cost and fully funded by charitable donor contributions from within India.
