- Defamation
- Copyright infringement
- Any other causes of action arising out of the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of such photographs, videos, voice recordings and the like

Any person or organization not affiliated with All Peoples Church may not use, copy, alter or modify All Peoples Church photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized person from All Peoples Church.
