The Ministry Practicum is a vital component of your theological training, requiring a dedicated commitment of 10 hours per week, totaling 160 hours over the full semester. It is designed to take the doctrines, theories, and principles learned in the classroom and apply them to real-world, everyday ministry scenarios.
Students will step out into the field to work alongside experienced ministers, participating in local church operations, community outreach, pastoral care, and other frontline ministry activities. Through supervised practice, feedback, and personal reflection, this practicum will help you refine your ministry skills, confirm your calling, and develop the perseverance required for long-term service in God's Kingdom.

Students will be evaluated based on the completion of their 160 practicum hours, supervisor feedback, and personal reflection assignments submitted during the semester.
