Hermeneutics Interpreting Scripture (BC-106)

Learn how to correctly interpret and apply God's Word under the leadership of the Holy Spirit for effective preaching, teaching, and personal growth.

About This Course

This course emphasizes the importance of God's Word in the life of the Believer. We look at how to study God's Word, how to understand and correctly interpret Scripture so that we apply it correctly. As those preparing to preach and teach God's Word to others, we will do well to heed what the apostle Paul instructed Timothy.

"Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you" — 1 Timothy 4:16
"Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" — 2 Timothy 2:15

Our goal in this course is to learn how to handle the Word of God correctly under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
