Our Mission & Vision
APC Bible College is a ministry of All Peoples Church, dedicated to equipping every believer to fulfill their God-appointed calling. We believe that every believer is a minister, and our mission is to provide quality biblical education and spiritual formation that transforms lives and advances God's kingdom.
We are committed to making quality biblical training accessible to everyone through our free E-Learning platform while sustaining our on-campus and online programs through voluntary contributions from students and supporters who believe in our vision.
Contribution Guidelines
Contribution Guidelines (On-Campus and Online)
The per student cost each semester is currently as follows:
- Online Program Rs. 16,000
- On-Campus Program Rs. 80,000
- Per Course Rs. 2,000
We invite students to consider making a voluntary contribution to support and sustain the vital activities of APC Bible College. Students are welcome to contribute any amount, up to the full suggested contribution. Individuals taking one or more selected courses are invited to make a contribution per course.
While contributions are voluntary, we encourage those who are able to support the ministry by contributing within the first two weeks of the semester.
Contributions are invited for the current semester only.
Withdrawal, Refunds & Completion
Students are free to withdraw from the course(s) within the first two weeks from the start of classes each semester. Please note, contributions made will not be refunded in case of withdrawal after this period.
A minimum passing mark of 35 percent and a minimum attendance of 85% are required for successful completion of a course.

Transfer your contribution using the bank details provided to the account.
Write down your transaction details including date, amount, and reference number.

Receive confirmation of your contribution and your records are updated.

International Students - Good News!
All courses done ONLINE are FREE for international students. You have complete access to our world-class biblical education without any financial burden. If you wish to support the ministry beyond the free courses, voluntary contributions are welcome.
