About This Course
The Scriptures teach us that we are to be holy even as God who called us is holy. God is holy. That is His nature. And He desires for His nature to be reproduced in us. Additionally, for those called to serve God in ministry, a lifestyle of holiness is key.
Our objective in this course is to get a glimpse of God's holiness, understand how God causes His holiness to be formed in us, and how He empowers us to live overcoming lives. We will explore related topics such as repentance and living victoriously over the flesh, the world, and the devil.
What You Will Learn
Some of the main topics we cover in this course include:
- The Holiness of God: Holy, Holy, Holy; His Holiness in Me; Perfecting Holiness; In the Beauty of Holiness.
- Repentance: Understanding what true repentance is.
- Overcoming: Living victoriously over the flesh, the world, and the devil.
- The Overcoming Life: Cross Plus Identity.
- Using The Word and Walking in the Spirit.
Course Evaluation & Grading
Students will be given graded assessments during the Semester. Each of these assessments will be in reference to all content covered till that point in the course.
